Well its official .... were now a coffee "chain"!
after a whirlwind 5 weeks of pull everything apart we have the second branch opened and a full weeks trading under our belt.
if we can maintain the momentum we should have another hit on our hands. Regular customers have been incredible and have been supporting the new shop even after having bought drinks in the original Roasters.
i had promised myself i would document this one but once i get my teeth into the project in hand it kind of takes over and becomes and unstoppable mass, The idea of typing something which does not add immediate value to the project soon dissipates after a 15 hour day, trust me.
I do plan to document my exploits in greater detail but a few dear friends are requesting a few pics so here seemed as good a place as any to post them.
The machine fanatics will notice a massive beast of a four group perched on the counter... i wanted a cathedral of a machine to make a statement and i was not disappointed when it was lifted (with 4 big guys required) into its place.

Recently, we moved our entire roastery/cafe hybrid from one location to another as we had outgrown it.
On top of that, we simultaneously opened a second location in order to keep our presence in the core of our city.
Needless to say, a large amount of work without a doubt!!!!

Can I ask which city this little gem is located? I love the idea of onsite roasting but alas the fire hazzard and also i would be hard pressed to surpass the skill of my present supplier it keeps me wishing rather than actaully tackling.

As a reg visitor to Scarbo I HAVE ENJOYED A CUPPA IN YOUR SHOP .Noticed a chance for some samples but have to join facebook which at 51 yrs old I value my privacy .. what a shame .Is there any way you would send samples without me and many of my friends not being on this site.

Called in for coffee on saturday on a visit to Scarborough. Ordered 3 coffees a milk shake and a chocolate. One of the coffees was missed off although i said it was ok i was brought one free of charge. Excellent customer service will def come back.

There used to be Roasters near to where I used to go to university, it was one of my favourite places but it closed down :(
